Located south of the river of Leach Hwy under Rebel Sport, we have a large weights & cardio area, using only the best equipment; Hammer Strength, Cybex and Panatta Sport. With over 70 pieces of quality cardio, pin & plate loaded equipment you will never have to wait for your favorite machine.  We also have a boxing and kick boxing area for members who want to work on their coordination, stamina & agility. And access to a personalized Infrared Sauna

Monday - Friday 6am - 11am & 3.00pm - 8.00pm
Saturdays 8am - 1pm

PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal Training (PT) involves designing a specialized program to fit an individual's need. Whether it is for general fitness, weight loss or bodybuilding, PT is the quickest, safest and most effective way to achieving ones physical goals. This is all done in a friendly, motivational environment. A training regime can be designed for any levels of fitness.
Initially, before training commences, body measurements and body fat readings are taken (only if desired).  Weight and lean body mass is taken, therefore giving the trainer and client a better indication of progress in the future.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING (SGT)
SGT consists of either pair or a small group of people training together to save $$$.

SUPPLEMENTATION
We sell a range of supplements at discounted prices ranging from 10-30% off.
Our Brands include MAX'S, Body Science, Redbak & Ethical Nutrients vitamins & minerals.

BOXING GEAR
We are the distributors of “Morgan Boxing Equipment” made here in Australia.  Morgan is approved by the Australian National Boxing Federation.

All gear is sold at discounted prices & savings of 20% are given to all B@1 Health members.
